ADVANCEMENT

The Villa is committed to promotion from within. For example, our residential counselors (R.C) often progress to the role of senior R.C. to associate R.C. to assistant supervisor to supervisor.

TRAINING

Extensive in-house orientation and training is provided, including introductory, enrichment and supervisory levels. We also sponsor outside staff development programs.
